Included Services:
- Airport pickup and transportation to either Casa de Tia Niki or the IBIS Styles Galerías Hotel.
- Assistance with the following:
- Bank visit and withdrawal process.
- Doctor/dental appointment setup.
- Telcel SIM card setup.
- Amazon MX account setup.
- House-hunting assistance and lease signing attendance.
- VPN setup for secure browsing.
- RAPPI, UBER, and DIDI app installations.
- Local shopping guidance for essentials.
- Bill payment (e.g., internet and water services).
- Pricing:
- Standard Relocation Package: $795.
- Relocation Package with Installments: $995.
- Exclusions:
- Food and drink expenses are the responsibility of the client.
- Excursion transportation (drivers hired at client expense).
- Operating Hours:
- Services are available Tuesday through Thursday and weekends for up to 2.5 hours per day.
- Payment and Refunds:
- Payments for relocation packages are non-refundable once services have been booked and confirmed.

Once you book the package, I will connect and coordinate the scheduling of three property viewings per day based on your preferences and availability. NOTE: Most clients find a home the first day or by the 3 viewing. Please create a criteria of your desired home.
The orientation tour will cover key neighborhoods that are popular among expats and locals alike, highlighting areas with the best hospitals, grocery stores, and other essential amenities. Neighborhoods are tailored to your interests, needs and accessibility in your new neighborhood.
Your package includes follow-up support for any post-move-in issues during the first month. You can contact me for assistance with settling in, resolving any rental agreement issues, and integrating into the community.
