Terms and Conditions for Travel and Relocation Packages
Welcome to Travel Abroad with Tia Niki! These terms and conditions outline the responsibilities, expectations, and agreement between you, the client, and Tia Niki Travel Inc. By making a payment for our services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
Travel Packages
- Included Services:
- Airport pickup and transportation to either Casa de Tia Niki or the IBIS Styles Galerías Hotel.
- A 30-minute to 1-hour cultural orientation session introducing local customs, key phrases in Spanish, and cultural norms (virtual or in-person).
- A brief guided tour of Mérida’s key neighborhoods or landmarks to help orient yourself.
- Assistance with essential app setups, including WhatsApp, Google Maps offline, and a local events calendar.
- Guidance on local transportation options like buses, Uber, and Didi, including safety and cost-efficiency tips.
- A follow-up 15-minute virtual consultation within the first week to address any additional questions.
- Pricing:
- Standard Travel Package: $595.
- Travel Package with Installments: $795 (or $265 every 12 days for two payments, plus a $200 sign-up fee).
- Exclusions:
- Food costs: Clients are responsible for their own meals.
- Excursion transportation: Drivers for excursions are hired at the client’s expense.
- Shared Uber rides: Shared rides may occur for convenience. Costs will be split fairly if the ride is on our credit card, or you may meet at a specified location to pay your portion independently.
- Operating Hours:
- Services are available Tuesday through Thursday and weekends for up to 2.5 hours per day.
- Important Notes:
- Drivers for Excursions: Please note that drivers for excursions are hired at the client’s expense.
- Agreement to Terms: By making your payment today, you confirm your agreement to the terms and conditions outlined in our contract.
General Conditions
- Responsibilities:
- Clients are responsible for their own conduct and adherence to local laws and regulations.
- Tia Niki Travel Inc. is not liable for delays, missed appointments, or unforeseen issues due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., traffic, weather, or government regulations).
- Communication:
- Clear and timely communication is essential for a smooth experience. Please notify us of any changes or special requests as early as possible.
- Modifications:
- Tia Niki Travel Inc. reserves the right to update these terms and conditions as necessary. Clients will be informed of any changes that may affect their packages.
