- No Refunds: Please note that all ticket sales are final, and no refunds will be provided for any reason unless there is an emergency.
- Age Restriction: Participants must be at least 12 years of age to join the trip. We apologize for any inconvenience, but this policy ensures the safety and enjoyment of all participants.
- No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited during the trip, including in vehicles and at the Chichen Itza site.
- First Come, First Serve: Seats are limited to 20 persons, and reservations will be confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Snacks, Games, and Beverages: Complimentary snacks, games, and beverages will be provided during the trip for your enjoyment.
- Gifts and Welcome Packets: Gifts will be handed out to all participants as a token of appreciation for joining us on this adventure.
- Travel to Merida: Please note that travel to Merida is not provided by Tia Niki Travel. Participants are responsible for arranging their own transportation to and from Merida.
