Often it is hard to penpoint exactly what is holding us back, in these cases we need to give our fears and apprehensions a name.

Name WHAT it is exactly that is holding you back from achieving your goals to relocate to another country.

Is it the fear of losing family or loved ones?
Is it a job or a main source of income?
The act of traveling on an airplane?
Traveling alone?

Whatever it is, write it down and sort through exactly what fear(s) is holding you back and keeping you stuck like a truck. Dig deep and remember to NAME your PAIN. The healing is in the feeling.

Once you have your list; one by one, justify the fear. Give a valid realistic reason for the fear. If you cannot find one, it will reveal to you that it is an imaginary fear. It is a False Expectation Appearing Real and you have just rendered it powerless. If we cannot honestly validate a fear, it is false and it starts in your head.

Exercise

*The below exercise for this module is to restructure your thinking, I know this is easier said than done. However, with practice and meditation you will be surprised at how quickly the mind can shift.

Start with writing down your fear or the first one and alchemize the thought; meaning find every reason it CAN happen. Give breath to positive results in leu of destruction. How about trying total manifestation and considering that things are working for your good? This I called getting in alignment with your desired outcome.
